Uncle Shafiq — Safety Hoarding & ‘COMING SOON’ Wall Wrap (KSA)

Future Plan designed, printed, and installed a continuous safety hoarding for the
Uncle Shafiq brand inside a high-traffic mall in KSA. The wall wrap protected the work zone;
meanwhile, it teased the upcoming opening and routed visitors to the brand’s social profile through a clear QR.
Because installation happened overnight, corridors stayed clean and safe for shoppers the next morning.

Context & Objectives

The client needed a full-length barrier that met mall safety rules and, at the same time,
created an elegant teaser. Therefore, our goal was twofold: first, hide construction and keep people safe;
second, build anticipation and capture followers before launch.

Site Survey & HSE Coordination

Our team started with a detailed survey. We verified total run, heights, corners, and service doors.
In parallel, we coordinated with mall management on HSE procedures, loading windows,
and electricity points. As a result, the plan covered risk controls, access routes, and clean handover.

Artwork Adaptation & Brand Voice

We adapted the client’s creative so the black background stayed deep and uniform.
Moreover, we preserved the Arabic logotype and ensured crisp edges after lamination.
Because teaser copy matters, we placed “WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?” beside
“COMING SOON” and a high-contrast QR. Consequently, passers-by understood the message in seconds.

Materials & Production

We selected a durable large-format media with protective lamination. This choice allowed daily wipe-downs and
reduced glare under warm mall lighting. Panel breaks were optimized; therefore, seams follow structural joints.
Edges were hemmed and reinforced; joints received high-bond tape for a neat continuous façade.

Night Installation & Quality Control

To minimize disruption, installation happened at night with cones, barriers, and spotters.
Panels were stretched evenly so there were no waves. After that, a final QC pass aligned all graphics,
checked corners, and verified the QR scan distance. Because the team worked to a clear checklist,
the hoarding looked premium by morning.

Results & Impact

The mall remained visually clean and, consequently, the venue’s premium feel was preserved.
Shoppers noticed the story and scanned the QR; therefore, the brand’s Instagram received steady traffic.
Most importantly, the barrier met safety expectations, protected the site, and set the stage for a smooth opening.

عمّ شفيق — حاجز سلامة وتغليف «قريبًا» داخل المول (السعودية)

صمّمت Future Plan | خطة المستقبل حاجز سلامة متصل بعرض الممر لعلامة عمّ شفيق داخل أحد المراكز التجارية،
ثم قمنا بطباعته وتركيبه ليلًا. وبالتالي ظلّ مسار الزوار آمنًا ونظيفًا، بينما قدّم التغليف رسالة تشويقية واضحة
مع رمز QR يوجّه المتابعين إلى حساب العلامة.

الهدف كان مزدوجًا: أولًا إخفاء أعمال الموقع وتطبيق اشتراطات السلامة؛ وثانيًا بناء زخم تسويقي قبل الافتتاح.
لذلك جرى تنسيق كامل مع إدارة المول بخصوص النوافذ الزمنية للتحميل، ومسارات الحركة، ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.

تهيئة التصميم وجودة الطباعة

عُدِّلت الألوان للحفاظ على خلفية سوداء عميقة، كما ضُبط الخط العربي حتى يبقى حادًا بعد اللمعة والحماية.
إضافةً إلى ذلك، وُضِعت عبارات «تتوقع إيه؟» و«قريبًا» بجوار QR عالي التباين
لضمان قراءة سريعة، ومن ثم جذب زيارات حقيقية لحساب العميل.

المواد والتركيب

اختير خام طباعة قوي مع طبقة حماية قابلة للمسح اليومي، كما هُندست نقاط الوصل بحيث تتماشى مع فواصل البناء.
عولجت الحواف باللحام والتقوية حتى يظهر السطح كتغليف واحد متناسق. وأُنجز التركيب ليلًا باستخدام حواجز وأقماع،
ثم مُرِّر فحص جودة نهائي للتأكّد من شدّ الألواح واستقامة الرسالة وسهولة مسح QR.

النتيجة

أخفى الحاجز منطقة العمل وحافظ على مظهر المكان الراقي. لهذا السبب ارتفع الوعي بالعلامة،
وزادت الزيارات لحساب الإنستجرام، كما استوفت الأعمال كل متطلبات السلامة إلى حين الافتتاح.
