Captain Nadec — Nationwide School Activation (KSA)
Future Plan delivered an end-to-end school activation for
Nadec (Captain Nadec) across 200+ schools in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.
We handled A-to-Z execution: concept & production, safe sampling, promoters & MC,
sports challenges, data capture, daily KPIs and school coordination — driving awareness and healthy habits.
Scope & Deliverables
- Stands & backdrops (design, printing, on-site build) + branded POS materials.
- Uniforms for promoters/coaches, medals & giveaways for students.
- Safe sampling workflow (food safety, hygiene SOPs, portioning & disposal).
- Promoters & MC, games choreography, student flow & queue management.
- School liaison: permits, timetables, playground readiness and HSE compliance.
- Daily reporting: footfall, game participation, trials, conversions & highlights.
Outcome: sustained engagement across campuses, high participation in sports games,

حملة كابتن نادك — تفعيل المدارس على مستوى المملكة
نفّذت Future Plan تفعيلًا مدرسيًا متكاملًا لعلامة كابتن نادك في أكثر من
200 مدرسة بـجدة والرياض والدمام. شمل التنفيذ من الألف إلى الياء:
تصميم وتصنيع الستاندات والباك دروب، يونيفورم للمروّجين والمدربين،
ميداليات وهدايا، تجربة تذوّق آمنة وفق معايير الصحة والسلامة،
تشغيل الألعاب والتحديات الرياضية وتنظيم حركة الطلاب، التنسيق الكامل مع المدارس،
وتقديم تقارير يومية بالمؤشرات والنتائج.
نطاق العمل
- تصميم وطباعة وتركيب اللوحات والستاندات والمواد التعريفية داخل الملاعب والقاعات.
- يونيفورم موحّد للمروّجين والمدربين + ميداليات وهدايا للطلاب.
- تجربة Sampling آمنة بإجراءات HSE (النظافة، التوزيع، التخلّص الآمن).
- تشغيل الألعاب والتحديات الرياضية وإدارة الطوابير ومسارات الحركة.
- التنسيق مع إدارات المدارس (تصاريح، جداول، جاهزية الملاعب) مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- لوحات قياس الأداء اليومية: الحضور، المشاركة، التجربة، التحويلات، والملاحظات.
